You can have advantages in owning one breed. It has only low maintenance and hassle free. They are more energetic and active in everyday activities. You will also enjoy watching them play, because they are very cute and funny. They can also cope easily with the tricks and tasks you will give to them. If they are socialized properly, they will surely be the friends of everybody, especially to little children.

If there are benefits, there is also disadvantage in owning an Australian Breed. They are playful and energetic, that is why you need a bigger space for them. If they are not properly engaged in an activity, there is a tendency that they will destroy anything in your home. They will also ignore the basic training and do not respond to any command.

Although, they are energetic, it does not mean that they are not prone to health problems. In fact, they mostly suffer from hip dysplasia, cataracts, sensitivity to any medications and glaucoma. If they are not well taken care, there is a possibility that they will suffer from these illnesses that will sometimes cause their death. In owning one, you need to be aware of this information, so that you will also know what would be the best for your pet.

There are three life stages of a dog. First, being a puppy. Since they are still young, there are certain traits that cannot be detected easily. This is why their mother will help them to explore the environment and to accept things is their surroundings. Another stage is being a teenager. They are 10 months to 20 months old. And lastly is adolescence, which is 18- 20 months old and onwards.

Before purchasing a dog, you need to know their background and their characteristics. This is because, you also need to know how to train them perfectly. It is best to have them when they are still young. They will become your best friend and a good companion.
