These activities could come in forms of games or reading. You just have to settle with what you feel more comfortable in.

Some substances that were made for drinking can certainly help at some points. There were even others which can actually improve your cognitive functions. But this does not mean that you need to drink most of the time. Consuming it in moderation is what they would suggest. Through this, you can experience the benefits more.

Image associations can be utilized when studying. This way, you can easily remember things through pictures. It increases the capacity you have for memorizing details. Various games and activities can be used for this function.
